As a securities services provider, ING Bank acts as a custodian but also as a bank depositary for domestic investment and pension funds providing custody as well as fund administration and various fiduciary services.

We cooperate with legal and tax advisors regarding the regulatory, legal and administrative tasks of launching a new fund to ensure a smooth start-up of new investment funds in Poland.
The fund administration services that we provide for investment funds include:

  • Maintaining a register of the investment fund’s assets

  • Ensuring and monitoring of settlement of agreements concerning the investment fund’s assets
